ESTRO.COM.AU has, since the late 1990's, become a forerunner in the designer outlet concept. We believe that fashion is for everybody, every pockets and every ages! ESTRO runs Stores in Sydney and Buyng office (Italy). Our Flagship store in Sydney is an 800m² in one of the most exclusive fashion corner in Sydney between Chanel, Dior, Prada and Zegna boutiques.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at Estro online shop is easy. Visit www.esto.com.au and click through the menus under 'Men' and 'Women'. You can navigate by product type or by designer. Once you have found something that suits your liking, add the item to your shopping bag. You can check what is in your shopping bag through clicking 'View Cart' on the top right corner. Checkout as prompted with the buttons on the bottom right to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
No. You are free to set up an account clicking on the links "LOGIN" or "SIGN IN" to access your account or subscribe. The registration process will only need to be performed for your first purchase.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATIONS KEPT PRIVATE?
All personal data supplied by the client will be treated in full respect of privacy regulations. Shopatvoi.com claims to use the personal information provided voluntarily by the customer, according to legislative decree no. WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay by Paypal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards are accepted. Other forms of payment are not accepted.

Unfortunately not. On the our website we only publish articles that are actually available.
ARE THE RETAIL PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
GST and Custom duties are already included in the purchase invoices.
WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE IS A RECEIPT OR INVOICE ISSUED?
The customer always receives an invoice. The tax documentation will be sent along with the goods and by email.
HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time is conditioned by the destination. Normally it takes 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 11am on Friday will be shipped the following business day, Orders received on Public Holidays will be shipped the following Business day.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?
Yes, shipping is always traceable by the customer, thanks to the Carrier services. Once the delivery process starts, the customer will receive an email confirmation of shipment with the code provided by the carrier that will allow you to monitor your shipment.
IS THERE AN INSURANCE POLICY COVERING THE SHIPMENT?
Yes, all shipments, both in Italy and abroad, are covered by insurance policy against damage and/or theft. Insurance costs are included in the purchase price. The insurance is valid until delivery of goods.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REFUSE/REJECT A DELIVERY?
Yes, if the delivered goods have been tampered with or the parcel appears not intact, customers may refuse the delivery and not sign the documents. The goods will be returned to estro.com.au and the returning costs of the parcel will be charged to the customer. It will then be shipped to estro.com.au to then deduct the amount due of return shipment from the reimbursement due to the customer.
HOW CAN I REURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Follow the steps below:
1. Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the goods receipt. Please include Order Number and Code(s) of the item(s)
2. Send the package back to ESTRO CONCEPT PTY LTD - 1-72 CASTLEREAGTH ST SYDNEY 2000 The return shipment of goods is customer full responsibility. The expedition is at the risk of the Customer: ESTRO.COM.AU is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same package in which they were received or same type. Return delivery costs are on the back of the Customer.
IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ORDERS?
The customer who wishes to undertake a change in size, color or item, must contact us via email at email@example.com and we will assist with that.
IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE POSSIBLE FOR ALL THE ITEMS?
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, they can send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please include Order Number and Item Code(s) of the item(s).
The Items should be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and in the original packaging with swing tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO START THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
The goods have to be delivered by express mail within 14 days from the date of delivery. The expedition is at Customer's risk.
